These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okslots ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okslots website located at https://okslots.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the okslots Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To access the full features of the okslots Platform, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the okslots Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okslots will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal, okslots will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and a recent selfie. okslots accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

okslots offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• okslots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okslots Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

okslots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the okslots name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of okslots intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by okslots.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okslots and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

okslots' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okslots account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okslots' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

okslots collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

Nothing in this section shall prevent okslots from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
